If you are a member of a pirate or hostile alliance or corporation you will be shot on sight. If you used to belong to a pirate or hostile corporation or alliance and have not created a corp or joined another non hostile organization you will still be considered RBL (Red By Last) and will be shot on sight. If you are KOS and do not wish to be please sort your status before entering the region. Ask the agency who has set you KOS to reset you or create a new corporation.
To become an official member of a community within Providence you first need to make diplomatic contact with the owners of the area to introduce yourself. Keep in touch, stay out of trouble for a while, and follow up with your hosts regularly. If you need help identifying the owners of the area you wish to set up in you can contact us for more assistance. If you know current members of Provibloc ask them to give you a reference so that you may be able to obtain standings and intel access.
You may not hang structures anywhere in Providence without written permission of the system owner authorizing your asset. Unauthorized structures will be removed by force if not removed immediately. Some of the sov holders in Providence will allow you to hang structures rent and tax free or give your corporation other opportunities to integrate with their community if you ask.
When possible kill hostiles in the region and report intel of hostile movements in pocket intel channels which you may have been granted access to join.
